Top tips: Raffles
If you hold a small raffle at your event, you do not need a licence. You’ll need to make sure you sell the tickets and draw the raffle during the main event, even if your event runs for a few days. If you’re planning on running a raffle online, using a platform like JustGiving, don’t forget to tick the box when asked if you’re organising a raffle.
