Volunteer in our UK head office
Families. Not orphanages. Hope and Homes for Children are looking for new volunteers to support our work to eliminate institutional care of children.
Are you looking to return to work and need to boost your confidence or skills, or at the end of your studies and looking to gain experience, or perhaps you simply have some time on your hands that you are looking to fill? By volunteering with us, you will be making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and will be part of a global movement.
From our busy UK office, to the north-west of Salisbury, we need a couple of motivated individuals to support our Community Partnerships and Supporter Experience teams. If you have sound administration skills, a willingness to get the job done and a can-do approach then we would love to hear from you. Ideally you’ll be able to volunteer for a minimum of one day per week with flexible hours available to fit around your family and other commitments.
We will offer you a supportive and friendly environment where you’ll develop new skills and feel like you’re making a difference. You will play a full part in our busy team and we will provide training where needed. Typical activities will include writing thank you letters, answering the phones and inputting information on to the database.
