Recommendations to the Hungarian Presidency

Recommendations to the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the EU which started on the 1^st July. In them we make specific suggestions, aligned with the Presidency’s programme, on how to best address and support children in institutional care and their transition back to safe and caring families in both the EU internal and external action.
