The EU is strategically positioned to strengthen and advance the process of care reform in support of Moldova through the NDICI in the 2021-2027 period.
With this paper, we call on the European Commission Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR), the European External Action Service and the EU delegation to ensure that the NDICI supports comprehensive childcare system reform in Moldova.
