HHC Advisory Services is the technical support arm of Hope and Homes for Children – a recognised global expert in care reform for children. For over 30 years, we’ve been transforming the lives of children, strengthening families and supporting systems change. 5.4 million children are still confined to residential institutions, we support them back to family.

Drawing on our global operational delivery and partnering experience, we provide a compelling package of technical support services to governments, UN agencies, local and international NGOs to bring about the transition of children’s care and protection systems to family-care. We support local initiatives under local leadership and capabilities.
We are passionate about protecting the rights of children, including children with disabilities, to see them brought up in safe, loving, nurturing families.
Our focus is on locally owned, sustainable solutions and impact at scale.
