By donating to Hope and Homes for Children through cryptocurrency, you can help children get Back to Family.
Sadly, at least 5.4 million children around the world are currently separated from their families – confined in orphanages, even though over 80% of them are not orphans.
And orphanages expose these children to abuse, trafficking, and physical and psychological trauma that can last a lifetime.
By working with families, communities, local authorities and governments, we’ve helped get thousands of children out of orphanages and back to family. And we also work to prevent the conditions that lead to family separation in the first place.

Will my cryptocurrency donation be eligible for Gift Aid?
Currently cryptocurrency donations are not Gift Aid eligible.
How does Hope and Homes for Children handle cryptocurrency donations?
All cryptocurrency donations come to us through JustGiving, which uses The Giving Block as a mechanism to process cryptocurrency. Through JustGiving, all cryptocurrency donations come through to us as fiat currency, meaning that we do not hold any cryptocurrency in a wallet and your donation will be converted quickly to avoid changes in the converted value.
We’re currently trialling how we accept cryptocurrency and are looking into ways to minimise the environmental impact which using cryptocurrency has. We recommend to our cryptocurrency donors to look into currencies which use Proof of Stake models and require less energy in the mining process to use as forms of cryptocurrency which are better for the environment.
Can I gift in cryptocurrency anonymously?
We currently take all cryptocurrency donations via the JustGiving link on our site. JustGiving does not allow anonymous cryptocurrency donations.
