Our Support Groups are among our most committed and loyal supporters. They fulfil two
vital roles - they raise funds, and very importantly, awareness of Hope and Homes for Children in
local communities throughout the UK.

Our groups are voluntary and give up their time to support our work. No matter how large or small, all groups are dedicated to helping us achieve our aim of giving hope to some of the world's poorest and most vulnerable.

As awareness of HHC has increased since we began in 1994, it has become impossible for us to reach everyone. This is why Support Groups are so crucial to our work as they act as our local representatives, talking to schools and community groups, organising fundraising events and raising our profile through the local media.

Starting a group is a great way of making new friends.

Being in a group can help you develop new skills such as media relations, event organisation and public speaking.

As a group member you will have the chance to directly make a difference to the lives of some of the worlds poorest children.

Our Support Groups are an integral part of the Hope and Homes for Children family and we have co-ordinators who are on hand to provide groups with help, advice and materials. If you would like to find out more about joining or starting a Support Group please call 01722 790111 or e-mail supportgroups@hopeandhomes.org
