St. James’s Place Triathlon and Duathlon
Sunday 1st October 2017, St Albans, Hertfordshire
“Challenges are what make life interesting – Overcoming them is what makes it meaningful.” – Joshua J. Marine.
Our Triathlon is renowned for its friendly atmosphere and warm welcome and is the perfect event for those who are considering taking on their first challenge of this kind, or for returning participants looking to beat their personal best.
“I completed my first triathlon today and it was a fantastic experience thanks in main to the wonderful organisation and the fantastic marshals who were so cheerful and encouraging.”
Over the past fifteen years, our amazing Triathletes and Duathletes have raised over £1.6 million which has allowed thousands of children to grow up in the love of a family, not suffer in an orphanage.
If you have the energy and the motivation you can make a massive difference. Sign up now and join a team of people raising vital funds to support Hope and Homes for Children’s work.
Enter this year’s event as an individual or with your friends and challenge yourself to tackle the 400m indoor swim, 21km road cycle and a 5km run. For those who prefer to stay on dry, enter the Duathlon consisting of a 5km run, 21km road cycle and another 5km run to cross the finish line.
Entry is just £15, and participants are asked to fundraise £485 in support of Hope and Homes for Children. We will support you every step of the way with lots of fundraising ideas to help reach that target.
